4. Once attendees and a date has been selected, you can check the "Suggested times" sidebar to see what time slots are available.
By default, this sidebar will be on the right-hand side of the Meeting window.
These slots are populated based on the Outlook calendars of you and the attendees.
The sidebar will also display time slots that would conflict with the schedules of attendees.
5. Select the best time for your meeting based on attendees' availability.
The default is a 30-minute time slot, but you can manually adjust the meeting length.
6. Enter the location for the meeting.
Typically this will be the Conference room, someone's office, or a zoom address.
