1. In BC, search "Planning Worksheet" in the top right corner
2. Select "Prepare" and "Calculate Regenerative Plan"
3. Complete the Calculate Plan Worksheet as described below
3.1. Dates
- Start Date: Beginning of current month
- End Date: Beginning of current month + one year
3.2. Forecast
- Use Forecast: Newest one in the list labeled by date
- Exclude Forecast Before: Today's Date
3.3. Filters
- Blocked: No
- Replenishment System: Prod. Order
- Production Responsibilities: KIT|SUBASSY
- Inventory Value Zero: No
4. Select "OK" on the Worksheet
5. Review any Cancel, Change Qty, or Reschedule Actions messages
Some "Cancel" and "Create New" messages will not be applicable as the production order may already be released.
6. Filter the Planning Worksheet as described below
6.1. Set the "Accept Action Message" filter to "No
6.2. Check all entries shown on the page by selecting the top column checkmark
6.3. Select "Accept Selected Action Messages"
7. In the "Home" tab, select "Carry Out Action Message"
8. In the popup that appears, verify the "Production Order" dropdown is set to "Firm Planned"
9. Select "OK"
