Troubleshooting/FAQ

I completed my order and received a confirmation email, but my content did not unlock. How can I access my content?

The student likely did not select the button to "Return to SI Portal" on the order confirmation page to complete the unlock of the course. In this case, you can pull the assigned kit code from the purchasing site or provide the student with one of the kit codes from the Excel sheets.

I input my kit code and received a message that it was invalid.

The student likely did not update the beginning of the kit code to read "SILP0" instead of "LP-." In this case, you can walk the student through implementing the change in the kit code, or you can provide them with one of the kit codes from the Excel sheet.

Access FAQ

Is there a preferred browser?

The SI Portal (including purchasing platform) can be accessed on any computer browser, as well as on mobile browsers.

Can students access the content on a mobile device?

Yes! The new SI portal is mobile compliant.

Are students still required to access links via their school's LMS?

Yes! For clients who have integrated by LMS, students must access through the LMS links.

As we move onto the SI Portal, we are strongly encouraging/requiring all clients to integrate with their LMS rather than use enrollment links unless there is a significant reason why they cannot. This makes us more sticky, as well as hopefully will eliminate many of the issues with students creating multiple accounts.
