This error appears after completing a transaction in the purchasing platform. In this case, the students has successfully completed the transaction and received an order confirmation. However, when they redirect back to the SI Lab Portal using the "Return to SI Portal" button, an error occurs preventing the redirect and the pass back of the kit code to unlock the course.

Students

An error has occurred when redirecting back to the SI Lab Portal from the purchasing site. This error prevents the passback of the kit code to unlock the students' course in Lab Portal.

When a student completes a kit purchase, the kit code assigned to unlock the lab portal is stored in the purchasing platform. We can pull the kit codes for the student to unlock their course.

Contact curriculum/systems to look up the students' kit code. This can be provided directly to the student and they can unlock the course with the "I Already Have a Kit" option on the paywall page.

Please submit a ticket with the following information:

• School
• SKU
• Name(s) of the students impacted

From there, a member of the support teach will review the purchasing platform and students' kit codes will be provided.

If a kit code was not generated for the student, we will validate if a purchase was processed.
