This error occurs when a student enters a voucher code in the purchasing portal and receives a red error message indicating that the voucher is invalid.

Primary Cause of the Error
The school/SKU utilizing the voucher code was not marked for Fall 2025 transition in Planhat, and as a result, the voucher codes were not transferred off Cloud or created in the SI portal.
Resolving the Primary Cause
Verify in Planhat that the course was marked for Fall 2025 transition. If not marked for transition, submit a ticket to get the voucher codes moved.
Other Possible Causes
If the course was marked correctly in Planhat, the following may be causing the issue:
- Student typo'd when inputting the voucher
- Student is entering the voucher code in the kit code input
- Voucher code is expired or has already been used
What to Include in your Ticket
Please submit a ticket with the following information:
- School
- SKU
- Course Name or Link to class
This information will be brought to the Systems team to transfer the vouchers from Cloud to Portal.
