If they do exist in the SI Lab Portal, they are likely ALREADY ENROLLED in this course as an additional instructor (not the primary). Proceed to the steps under #2 to remove the instructor before completing the steps under #1.
1.3. Select "Advanced Search", then search for the user you wish to make the primary instructor. Select the Search button.

1.4. Select the checkbox next to the instructor you wish to make the primary. Then, select "Enroll."
2.5. Select the checkbox next to the user you wish to remove from the course. Then, select "Remove".
This removal is only TEMPORARY, don't panic!
2.6. Proceed back to the steps under #1.
3.3. Select "Advanced Search", then search for the user you wish to Enroll. Select the Search button.

3.4. Select the checkbox next to the instructor or TA you wish to add to the class. Select the permissions you wish to grant the user.
Use "Instructor" for users who need full instructor permissions. Use "TA" for users who need teaching assistant-level permissions.
