While courses can be viewed from the "List Classes" view in SI Lab Portal, searching this page can be cumbersome as there is no filtering available and all live courses are listed. This article will provide an overview of how to quickly navigate to a specific course.
1. From the SI Lab Portal system homepage, select the Class Manager drop-down.
2. From the drop down menu, select "Class Search."
3. Search for the desired course using Course ID or instructor information.
The Course ID for all live courses will always be structured to include the institution ID number, institution name, and kit SKU. Use the Course ID to search for courses at a specific institution or using a specific SKU.
The instructor last name or email can be used to search for all courses taught by a specific instructor.
A few helpful search hints:
- To search for courses currently being taught by a specific instructor, input the instructor name or email
- To search for courses currently being taught at a specific school, input the institution ID or name in the Course ID
- To search for courses currently being taught using a specific SKU, input the SKU in the Course ID
If you need to search for a deleted or completed course, select the Deleted checkbox.
4. Select "Search" to view the active classes tied to the SKU, school, or instructor.
5. Navigate to the desired course by selecting either the Class Name or the Details button to enter the course or the course details page, respectively.
