Lessons in Cloud are required to be completed from start to finish. As such, Cloud automatically locks access to the Experimentation and Evaluation sections of an individual lesson until the Exploration section has been completed. In some cases, a student may need to have these sections unlocked before the Exploration section has been completed.
Note that only CSRs have access to these tools. Instructors cannot unlock Experimentation or Evaluation sections.

Unlock Experimentation is only available when the lesson is unlocked and Experimentation is locked.
Reset Evaluation is available to be pressed directly after unlocking a lesson or when a student has completed the Evaluation but has not yet submitted the lesson.
1. Go to the "Students" tab.
2. Search for the student.
3. Select the course SKU for the correct student to open the student overview.
4. Find the correct course and select the expansion arrow to see lessons in that course.
5. Select "Unlock Experimentation and Evaluation" next to the correct incomplete lesson.
