Cloud pushes all new grade data to a school's LMS every 15 minutes.

When a student accesses a specific lesson via its lesson link for the first time (and the lesson was graded prior to the student using the lesson link), Cloud  checks to see if grades have been transferred for that student & lesson. If they have not, it will transfer those grades.
