Please follow these steps to help instructors solve the ERROR 4007. Most of these errors are either resolved by selecting the course hook or completing course setup.

Check that the instructor has selected the Course Hook link created in the LMS
If the instructor has selected the the course hook link in their LMS and they are being sent to a course setup page (below), they have used the Master Course Hook. The instructor may not be able to complete the course setup page because their account permissions are set to 'Instructor.'
This action creates a new copy in HOL Cloud. If students have already enrolled in the course and started completing lessons, have the instructor switch from the master course hook to the regular course hook.
If the instructor is unsure if they have a course hook link, have them check their setup again. If the course hook link is not present in the content section of their course, the lesson links will not work.
If the issue is still unresolved submit a support ticket.
