1. Navigate to the "Students" tab in HOL Cloud
2. In the search box, type in the student's name or email address and press enter on your keyboard
3. Identify the student you want to impersonate and click on the course name
4. Click "Impersonate Student"
A new impersonation window will appear and allow you to see the student's screen as if you were the student. This is very useful for troubleshooting student issues.
NOTE: any time you are impersonating a student, everything you do will be done as if you were the student! Do not answer any questions or submit any assignments, as this cannot be undone.
