1. Review the student troubleshooting article with the student and make sure they've followed all of the steps correctly.

2. Go to the "Students" tab in Cloud and search for the student.
3. See if the student has already used that code in a different course
Codes are one-time use, so it cannot be used for two courses simultaneously. If the student is supposed to be enrolled in both courses, the student needs to purchase another kit for the second course.
If the student used the kit code in the wrong course by accident, follow the steps in this article.
