1. Verify the course and section that the student should be enrolled in.
2. Verify that the kid code was used in the incorrect course.
You can search by the student's name to see what kit codes they have used, or search by kit code to see if it has been used by anyone.
3. Unlock the correct course for the student.
4. Remove the student from the incorrect course.
