This error occurs when:
- a course has been copied in the LMS and a Regular Course Hook was used
- a Regular Course Hook has been set in two separate course shells in an LMS
Please send this instructor help article on ERROR 4006 prior to contacting the LMS specialist for assistance.
1. To solve this create a new clone of the instance for the instructor.
After the new instance is cloned or created, make sure the instructor is using the new course hook in their integration. If the instructor has used/needs to use the enrollment link for kit purchasing, make sure they update this as well.
If this does not resolve the issue, submit a support ticket.
