Creating Teacher Resources

Note that there is a $19.95 charge for the Teachers Manual for users who order fewer than 5 kits.

1. Log in to eScienceLabs.com with your administrator account.

3. Select "Add User."

4. Complete the registration information.

Use the word "science" as the password.

If the user's institution is not an option, open a new browser window and follow these instructions to create a new institution.

4.1. Select the "Educator" box if the user is an instructor.

4.2. Select "Create New Account."

Once an adoption occurs, instructors are granted access to Teacher Resources for IMS cartridges, teacher manuals, and more.

6. Enter the instructor's email address in Mailbox, then select "Filter."

7. Select "Click to view" under the "Available Resources" column.

8. Check the Teacher Manual, Supplemental Resources, and IMS CC.

Be sure to only check the IMS CC box, not individual LMS names. These are no longer applicable.

8.1. Select "Filter Modules."

On the right side of the page, you will see all the subjects appear.

9. Select all the resources the teacher needs.

This includes Teacher Manual, Case Studies, Question Banks, and the individual Lab cartridges. (or the Standard one)

10. Check the correct instructions for integrating the cartridges into their LMS.

Use CTRL+F to search for the name of the LMS the instructor will be using so that you can select all corresponding check boxes.

11. Go to Teacher Resources and check "Exploring your Digital Lab Manual."

12. Select "Change Access Status" at the bottom to save your changes.
