This document describes the process and policies for requesting demo extensions in Cloud. This process includes the DAS, DAPs, and Implementation teams.
Process
- DAS/DAP emails the Implementation team to request an extension.
- Implementation team extends the demo by 30 additional days in Cloud.
- Implementation team emails the requesting DAS/DAP to notify that the extension is complete.
Policies
- Demos may be extended one (1) time. Additional extensions must be approved by the Vice President of Sales or Vice President of Customer Success. A valid reason for the extension must be provided along with the extension request.
Sample Request
Requests need to include: (1) the full institution name, (2) the specific SKU that needs an extension, and (3) the original demo URL.

Can you please extend the demo for Colorado State University? The instructor went on vacation and could not complete their demo.
