This article gives a high-level overview of the different processes involved with taking a signed adoption through the course creation process in Cloud. Individual process documents will be linked as they are created.
- Sales sends signed adoption agreement and quote to BOM Manager
- BOM manager creates the kit in NAV and sends the lesson list and BOM to the Curriculum team
- Curriculum Development QC's the BOM and builds the master course in Cloud, sends the results to BOM Manager

BOM Manager releases the kit & sends kit release email
- Production creates a First Article
- BOM Manager updates Kit in NAV based on First Article
- Sales fills out Instance Request Form for BDRs
- BDR creates a new institution in Cloud (if new school)
- BDR creates instructor account (if new instructor)
- BDR creates new instance for the institution
- BDR sends enrollment URL to Sales or notifies that the instances have been created
- Sales sends enrollment information and instructions to Instructor.
