The Marketing team has designed an email signature for everyone in the company to use so that we have both a professional look and a unified presentation.

1. Open the Outlook desktop application, not the web browser version.

The template can be found here. Do not take a screenshot and upload the image. Select the entire block of content and copy and paste it all.

Once you have set up your signature in the desktop app, it should now also work with the browser app version.

Please do not insert a screenshot of your signature. The image link may break or may not display correctly depending on the recipient's email settings. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Marketing team.
