How To Create an AdobeSign Document

Updated on

An AdobeSign document is created through Dynamics 365 when a sales rep is prepared to send an adoption to a decision maker for approval or signature.

2. Ensure that all required fields on the Adoption Form tab are completed

4. Review the Recipients on the Agreement to ensure the proper contacts are selected. If additional recipients are needed, select Add recipient to select a new contact and set Sign Order.

4.1. If your opportunity does not require a signature or the signature is a blocker to adoption, you can change the Recipient Role to 'Approver' by selecting in the drop down and then select 'Add me' to designate yourself as the Signer.

AdobeSign requires at least one Signer for the Agreement to be saved and sent.

5. Select Review Agreement in the top navigation bar

6. Use the form field options on the left hand side to add a signature block and text field for Title on the 3rd page of the document

6.1. If you have marked the customer as an approver, you can skip this step and follow the prompts to add a signature block at the end.

7. Scroll down to the bottom of the left navigation pane and select 'Send'

7.1. If you have designated yourself as the Signer and did not add a signature block already, you can select Continue on the pop up to have one added at the end of the document.

8. Save and Close the document.

9. Once your customer marks the document as Approved or Signed you will receive an email confirmation with the completed document. Complete any required signatures on your end.
